After creating an account in O365, the user cannot access Outlook Online, cannot configure local Outlook, mobile Outlook. And also can't connect to his mailbox via the IMAP protocol.
I also observe a problem with deleting users. After revoking the user's license and deleting it via admin.microsoft.com, the user disappears in Azure AD but remains visible in admin.exchange.microsoft.com . Even after forcibly deleting a user in Azure AD.
